Returns

You can return items to us under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The product must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels included.

  • Exclusions: Personalized items, custom-made orders, and hygiene-sensitive goods (such as underwear or socks) cannot be returned.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or the item does not fit your preference, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Damages or Mistakes: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong product (reclamation), 4petswithlove will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@4petswithlove.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food or treats).

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as grooming products).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
